Privacy Policy

We collect minimal necessary telemetry to ensure optimal performance of our algorithmic models. This includes workflow execution times, error rates, and system integration logs. Raw proprietary business data processed through our AI pipelines is never stored persistently unless explicitly configured in your enterprise agreement.

Client data is strictly siloed. We do not use your proprietary datasets, workflow structures, or generated outputs to train our foundational models or improve services for other clients. All custom model fine-tuning remains the exclusive intellectual property of your organization.

To deliver high-frequency automation, we utilize select enterprise-grade sub-processors (e.g., AWS, specialized LLM providers). All data in transit to sub-processors is anonymized where possible and protected via TLS 1.3. A complete, up-to-date list of sub-processors is available in your client portal.

Our architecture employs AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and conduct bi-annual third-party penetration testing. Access to production environments is governed by strict zero-trust protocols and multi-factor authentication.

You retain full sovereignty over your data. Authorized administrators can initiate complete data purges, export configurations in standard formats (JSON/CSV), and modify retention policies directly through the Veloxio command center.
